  • Professional, very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable staff. From the front desk receptionist to the employees in the back office -- everyone was wonderful. They offer many services (eg, CEDA LIHEAP for electric & gas utilities to psychiatric services to vocational rehab services to housing and employment services). I came here for LIHEAP which assists low income individuals with paying for gas/heat and electricity. An appointment is required. Documents are required (SS card, driver's license, income verification). The process went smoothly . The staff are worthy of 10 stars!
